Baton Society
Annual Fund
The Baton Society is the Annual Giving Society for the New West Symphony. Each year the New West Symphony relies on annual support from the community to help provide operating funds for our world-class orchestra, guest artists and educational programs. Donors play a vital role in ensuring the artistic exellence and financil security for the New West Symphony.
Ticket sales provide only a portion of the funds necessary to cover costs. Gifts from generous individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations and government agencies help fill the gap between revenue from ticket sales and the cost to bring our concerts and programs to the community.
The New West Symphony has a wide range of giving opportunities to fit your philanthropic needs.
Donations to the Symphony are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. As a donor you receive recognition in Symphony programs and invitations to special events. Most of all, you have the satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting a cultural jewel that enriches our community and makes it a better place to live and work.
Major Gifts
Gifts of $10,000 and above support ongoing operational expenses, guest artists, musicians, the conductor and other special music and education programs and help build a steady and secure financial foundation for the Symphony.
Honorary and Memorial Gifts
Support the Symphony by honoring a loved one, friend or associate to celebrate a special occasion or to pay tribute to a dear one who has passed away. These gifts help sustain our artistic excellence.
Matching Gifts
A number of corporations will double or triple your gift to the New West Symphony. This program provides opportunities for your place of employment to support the non-profit organizations that play an important role in their employees lives and communities. Please contact your company’s human resources office to determine if your company is part of the matching gift program.
Benefactors
Benefactors are valued partners of the Symphony who have the opportunity to support our extraordinary programs over a three to five-year time period. Your gift ensures the Symphony's financial security into the future.
For their generous support, Benefactors receive exclusive recognition and privileges for their gift for five years.
